An Accreditations company have to produce 200+ documents for each company they help. Each document must be customised with the company name, address, phone number etc, but also the names and job titles of staff, and the roles and tasks that must be performed. These documents would normally take up to two days to produce.
A system was created with template documents in Word, and a database for input of each company’s details. Once the company details have been entered, the 200 documents are produced at the click of a button within an hour.
