Sean at Astradyne created a bespoke Excel Add-In program to run alongside my existing spreadsheets. It Formats the date, the alignment, the currency, puts everything in date and alphabetical order, makes sure it fills the whole printed page and makes the font and size to be all the same.

This process is automatically repeated on all similar sheets (up to 50 in one of my workbooks). The astonishing bit about it is that all I have to do is click one button and in 20 seconds it has done its magic. Manually, this process used to take upwards of a couple of hours.
