I first asked Sean to modify a database I was using for my Temp agency in early 2004.
It’s fair to say the modifications made improved the system no end and made running the business a lot easier.
We were able to automate many tedious processes, and more efficiently control the filling of posts.
The addition of SMS messaging to the system cut down on the time taken to contact temps by 75%.
At my Employment agency, Sean has written a system that makes logging, tracing and contacting businesses and candidates a lot easier, and we can efficiently match candidates to posts.
We can attach CVs to candidate records, and contracts and other documents to companies. This means that we can email a CV and our terms and conditions of business to a company with a single click of a mouse.
